Charlotte Howe is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at Furley Page.
Charlotte joined Furley Page in 2024 and completed her training contract with the firm before qualifying into the Corporate and Commercial team in September 2026. She graduated from Durham University with a 2:1 in Law and went on to complete the LPC at BPP University in London, achieving a Distinction.
During her training contract, Charlotte gained experience across a number of practice areas, including Corporate, Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution and Vulnerable Client. This broad experience enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice with an understanding of the wider issues that can affect businesses and their owners.
Charlotte advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, company reorganisations, commercial contracts and general company law issues. She supports businesses at every stage of their lifecycle, from start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established companies.
Charlotte is valued for her friendly, responsive, and client-focused approach. She is committed to building trusted relationships and delivering straightforward, pragmatic advice that helps clients navigate legal processes with confidence.
