Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, following a training contract with another Kent based law firm and previous experience in the Real Estate sector. She joined the Commercial Property Team in November 2024 and is primarily based in the Whitstable office.
Charlotte’s experience includes both residential conveyancing and commercial property.
She specialised in residential leasehold property and shared ownership, whilst her commercial property experience covers a wide range of commercial transactions.
