Career
James Campbell is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Corporate and Commercial Team.
James studied Law at Bournemouth University achieving a 2:1.
During his time at university James undertook an industrial placement for one year, working for a top 40 UK law firm and continued working part-time whilst completing his final year at university. James continued as a full-time paralegal until July 2022 alongside completing the LPC, for which he achieved a Distinction.
James completed his period of recognised training with Furley Page in September 2024, qualifying into the Corporate team, after completing his final seat in the team.
James’ friendly demeanour and proactive approach enables him to forge strong relationships with clients, with a view to providing practical, targeted advice and support to meet their needs. James thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working as part of a team on transactions from inception to completion, no matter how simple or complex.
James has experience of a range of corporate and commercial work types, including company acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and shareholders’ agreements.
