Matthew Chance is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Employment Team.
Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in a large national law firm in Bristol and joined Furley Page in 2025.
He advises clients across varied areas of employment law on behalf of employees and employers including advising on settlement agreements, drafting employment policies, procedures, and staff handbooks. He has experience of employment litigation including handling unfair dismissal, discrimination, and unlawful deduction from wages claims.
Matthew has a solid background of legal experience prior to qualification as a Solicitor. This includes working in legal jurisdictions in the Middle East where he was a paralegal working for a law firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain for some years, in addition to having interned at several high-profile international firms.
