Career
Tom Swann is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Dispute Resolution team.
Tom joined Furley Page in 2019 after securing a training contract with the firm.
Initially joining as a Legal Assistant, Tom worked full-time whilst completing the LPC with the University of Law in Bloomsbury. He began his period of recognised training in 2021 and undertook seats in the Dispute Resolution, Employment and Corporate teams.
In September 2023, Tom qualified as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
To date, Tom has been involved with a wide variety of commercial disputes from commencement up to trial. These include construction disputes (including adjudication), contract disputes, company and partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes, and defamation.
Tom is experienced in negotiation and mediation, and works closely with clients to help achieve their goals.
