Career

An alumnus of Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Faversham, Tom completed his undergraduate law degree at Oxford Brookes University. He then undertook a master’s degree in law at the University of Kent, graduating with distinction.

Before joining Furley Page, Tom gained significant experience in clinical negligence matters, working as a paralegal on high-value and complex cases.

Tom joined Furley Page in 2019 as a Legal Assistant. He initially joined the Vulnerable Client team where he gained extensive experience in relation to powers of attorney, deputyship, probate, estate administration and the preparation of wills.

In 2020, he joined the Corporate team, where he assisted with company acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Whilst working full-time, Tom completed his LPC with the University of Law in Bloomsbury, achieving a distinction.

Legal training with Furley Page

Tom began his period of recognised training as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021. His first seat is with the Employment team in Canterbury.
