We are privileged to have advised banks and institutional and private investors, companies for owner occupation, farming estates and partnerships and private pension funds for investment. We provide due diligence in corporate transactions including banks and other lenders and negotiate warranties in business and share sale agreements.  We also advise on joint venture (company or partnership) and cooperation and promotion agreements. We have clients in  a variety of property sectors including residential development, transport retail and offices, light and general industrial and warehousing. 

Furley Page commercial property team has particular expertise in specialised types of property such as student accommodation, restaurants mines and sand and gravel, waste management and sea bed foreshore jetties and quays.

Land is finite. It may be agricultural land, a greenfield site or built upon; buildings may be demolished or recycled. There may be a variety of potential uses.
