Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)

Whitstable office
Based at our Whitstable office with a hybrid working policy
Offering a flexible combination of office and home working, after an initial settling in period.
We are seeking a newly qualified/up to 3 years qualified solicitor to join our Real Estate team to work on a broad range of commercial property matters.
Your tasks will include freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property aspects of finance/lending and options.
You should have some experience as part of your training contract or post qualification experience within commercial property and some knowledge of planning, building and construction would be desirable. Previous experience in both agricultural property and leasehold portfolio management would be advantageous.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
