Corporate/Commercial Solicitor (3-5 yrs PQE)

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join our Corporate/Commercial team based in Chatham.

You must possess a solid transactional background and experience of drafting complex commercial agreements

The work is varied and includes a broad range of corporate and commercial work including M&A’s, MBO/MBI’s, JV’s, corporate finance, restructuring, demergers, share buybacks and capital reductions, formations and company law issues, partnership/LLP work and a wide range of commercial contract work. We also tend to deal with non-contentious IP and Data Protection matters.

You will have supported on larger transactional assignments and led smaller transactions and are used to working as part of a team as well as being able to work on your own.

A keen interest in working with the team to expand the client base through business development activities is essential. A client following and links with referrers would be advantageous.
