Our business support roles cover a wide range of functions including IT, HR & Training, Marketing, Accounts, Secretarial support and Office services.
Our legal teams advise across many different areas of practice, they are made up of fee earners and business support staff. We employ over 150 people across all of our sites. Fee earners make up around 40% of this figure which includes 16 Partners.

Our team is based in the fascinating surroundings of Chatham Historic Dockyard which is part of the redevelopment known as Chatham Maritime.
The Chatham Historic Dockyard is adjacent to the Universities at Medway, which brings together the Universities of Greenwich, Kent, Canterbury Christ Church and Mid-Kent College on a shared campus in Chatham Maritime.
