Popular Furley Page Whitstable 10K race returns on 4 May 2026
April 13, 2026
The Furley Page Whitstable 10k is returning for its 26th year on Early Bank Holiday Monday (Monday 4 May 2026).
The event is being sponsored by Furley Page for the 5th year running and is organised by Canterbury Harriers running club and Sporting Events UK. The route is a loop, with runners starting from Marine Parade near Tankerton Slopes, going out to Hampton Pier in Herne Bay and coming back to finish just past the Hotel Continental.
The ever-popular event is limited to 1,000 entries and this year spaces filled up in record time. Each finisher will receive a medal and a t-shirt as mementoes, and prizes are also awarded for the top three men and women, the best three-person team, and the best veteran in various age categories.
Furley Page will be entering its own team of seven runners from across the firm into this year’s race.
Melanie Christodoulou, Senior Associate at Furley Page and a member of Canterbury Harriers, said: “Every year, thousands of spectators come to Whitstable to support the runners, and it is a fantastic event for the town and a great day out for all those involved.”
Furley Page Partner and Head of Private Client, Aaron Spencer, said: “Furley Page is very proud to be once again sponsoring this uniquely popular seaside event which promotes health and wellbeing, and we look forward to witnessing the runner’s efforts on what will hopefully be a perfect spring day for a 10k race.”
Tickets to enter the race are £23 for affiliated club members and £25 for non-affiliated, and at the current time only waitlist spots are available. For further information about The Furley Page Whitstable 10K visit: https://www.whitstable10k.org.uk/
