Heather Dunlop is a Solicitor in our Private Client team.
Heather joined Furley Page in September 2017 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019.
Heather was originally educated in Canada, attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography at the University of Calgary.
Heather subsequently attained a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School with Commendation in 2013, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London with Distinction in 2017. She later obtained an LLM in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction in 2019, also at BPP Law School.
Most recently, Heather was awarded a Distinction in the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) in 2022.
Heather is based at our Canterbury office and has particular experience in dealing with administration of estate matters (both testate and intestate), will drafting and drafting lasting powers of attorney.
