Jayne has over 30 years of experience in family law and has built a well-rounded practice advising on a broad range of matters, including:
- Divorce
- Financial remedies (including complex and high net worth cases),
- Disputes between unmarried couples
- Arrangements for children
- Drafting cohabitation, separation and pre/post nuptial agreements

Jayne takes a tailored approach to each case, recognising that every family is different. She supports clients through both negotiated settlements and court proceedings, always aiming to reduce conflict where possible.
As a trained collaborative lawyer, Jayne offers clients an alternative to court. Collaborative law involves informal discussions and joint meetings between both parties and their lawyers, helping families reach respectful, practical agreements while remaining amicable as far as is possible particularly where children are involved.
When needed, Jayne can draw on support from trusted professionals such as accountants, financial advisers, pension experts, therapists, and trust lawyers.
She is a member of Resolution and follows its constructive, solution-focused approach to family law.
