Career

Many years experience of working in Private Client departments in firms of solicitors as far afield as London’s West End to Bermuda to Canterbury covering the broad range of Private Client work.

Harvey Barrett's areas of practice are:

• Creation of Trusts; including advising on and drafting all manner of Trust Documentation
• Estate Planning; including advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax
• Administration of estates (large and small; onshore and offshore); including advising on the complex tax issues arising during the administration period and, where appropriate, advising on and preparing Deeds of Variation
• Preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Drafting wills
