Anila Naeem is a Senior Associate in Furley Page family law team.

Anila qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has since worked for several leading Legal 500 firms in the Midlands and Kent before joining Furley Page in February 2024. During her career she has acted for various high-net-worth individuals, to include those within professional sectors such as investment bankers, lawyers, hoteliers, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Anila has extensive experience dealing with high value matrimonial financial disputes, including cases involving inherited assets and pre-acquired resources, which in many cases she successfully sought to preserve for her clients. Anila is experienced in obtaining freezing injunctions and will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard her client’s assets.

Anila has developed a particular interest in representing members of the medical profession to include GPs and Consultant Surgeons. She has experience dealing with associated NHS pension schemes as well as other public sector pensions, to include the Military and Police.

Anila is extremely personable and ensures she manages her clients’ expectations from the very start. She has been described as “very bright, tenacious and a good listener”. Anila has established a reputation as being efficient, professional, and sensitive.

Anila is member of Resolution, a group of family lawyers that are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

Anila divides her time between the Canterbury, Chatham and Whitstable offices and is available at all three sites.
