A top trainee at leading Kent solicitors Furley Page has joined the private client team at the firm’s Whitstable office.
Joshua Williams, 27, who lives in Canterbury, specialises in the affairs of the elderly, advising on a range of issues including the administration of estates, probate, Wills and lasting powers of attorney.
A former pupil at Folkestone’s Harvey Grammar School and Canterbury College, Joshua completed his law degree at the University of the West of England. He worked with HM Revenue and Customs’ prosecutions department while completing the legal practice course with BBP Law School, London, joining Furley Page in 2008 as a trainee.
Myfanwy McDonagh, partner based at the Whitstable office, said: “We’re committed to choosing high achievers and in Joshua we have an outstanding addition to the private client team. His friendly and knowledgeable approach will be a huge asset to our clients – particularly older people.”
Joshua is a member of the Law Society and the Kent Law Society.
