Distribution Agreements

You may wish for others to buy your products or services and re-sell these paying you a commission.

It is advisable to set out the parameters of the commercial principles agreed into a written agreement to avoid any uncertainty in the event of a dispute.

A distribution arrangement involves no issues of compensation being payable on termination unlike where a commercial agent acts for you. You do need to consider competition law requirements though and we have experts within the firm who could assist on this.
