Career
Sam Perry is a Solicitor in the firm’s Private Client team.
Sam qualified as a Solicitor with Furley Page in September 2023 and works out of both the Chatham and Whitstable offices.
Sam specialises in will drafting, the preparation of lasting powers of attorney (including where mental capacity is, or may be, an issue), and dealing with applications for probate and estate administrations.
Sam graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 with a first-class Law degree. He then worked for a law firm in Maidstone for a year as a Legal Assistant preparing for breach hearings on behalf of the National Probation Service. Sam completed his Legal Practice Course in September 2020, finishing with a Distinction.
Sam joined Furley Page in October 2020 as a Legal Assistant in the firm’s Residential Conveyancing Team until starting his training contract in September 2021. During the course of his training contract, Sam worked in the firm’s Private Client, Vulnerable Client and Dispute Resolution Teams.
