Career
Sam Perry qualified as a Solicitor in Furley Page’s Vulnerable Client Team in September 2023.
He is based primarily at the firm’s Thames Gateway office in Chatham and specialises in Will drafting, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (particularly where mental capacity is, or may be, an issue), and dealing with estate administrations.
Sam graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 with a first-class Law degree. He then worked for a law firm in Maidstone for a year as a Legal Assistant preparing for breach hearings on behalf of the National Probation Service. Sam completed his Legal Practice Course in September 2020, finishing with a Distinction.
Sam joined Furley Page in October 2020 as a Legal Assistant in the firm’s Residential Conveyancing Team until starting his training contract in September 2021. During the course of his training contract, Sam worked in the firm’s Private Client, Vulnerable Client and Dispute Resolution Teams.
