Career

Susi Gillespie's main area of interest is children's matters. She recognises that when couples are separating from each other, both parties will continue to be parents to their children. Susi assists parents to focus on their children’s well being; whether this be through negotiation, mediation or through the Court process.

Susi also has experience in resolving financial disputes and is fully aware that the worry associated with the financial division can be more stressful than the separation itself. She will assist in achieving a fair division of the matrimonial home and assets through a process of firm and fair negotiation on your behalf.

Susi is mainly based in Canterbury but she is also available for meetings at our Chatham and Whitstable offices. 

Family Law at Furley Page Chatham Office

On Monday afternoon's Susi can provide a free half hour of initial advice to new clients, by appointment only, at the Furley Page Thames Gateway office based in Chatham. Susi is also available for fixed fee meetings at the Furley Page Chatham office.
