Collaborative law
The collaborative family law process is a contemporary and extremely effective method of dealing with a whole array of family difficulties.
Rather than solicitors conducting negotiations by letter and telephone, the collaborative law process involves face to face meetings between you, the other party and your respective solicitors. These are known as Four-Way Meetings.
Rayma Collins and Naomi Hayward are specially trained collaborative lawyers.
Collaborative law resolving family disputes
The overriding aim of the collaborative law process is to resolve family disputes in a fair and equitable way without the necessity of going to Court.
You and your partner will need to have a shared commitment to avoid litigation. The success of the process depends upon both parties acting in good faith and being honest and open in their dealings with each other.
It also requires you to be able to see the other person’s point of view.
Why choose Furley Page for Collaborative Law
Rayma Collins and Naomi Hayward are active Collaborative Lawyers having worked with many other specially trained solicitors in this capacity in Kent. They are both highly respected by their clients and peers because of their professional and thoughtful approach.
Both Rayma and Naomi are members of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to non- confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems. Contact Rayma Collins or Naomi Hayward to find out how we can help you.
