Head of team, Nicola August is an Approved Panel Deputy of the Court of Protection and the only one in East Kent and Medway.
Senior legal advisers are Accredited Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly), some of the most qualified lawyers in the country for supporting vulnerable and older people with the right legal advice.
Free seminar to benefit your members
We have re-launched our popular seminar scheme which provides free information about important topics such as care home funding, wills and lasting powers of attorney to help people nearing retirement age to plan for a secure future. Covid-19 highlighted the importance of forward planning and the difficulties individuals and their relatives can experience when appropriate plans are not in place.
We give talks to groups such as the Women’s Institute, U3A and retirement clubs on these topics. If you feel a free seminar would be of benefit to your members please contact Nicola August for further information.
