Ellie Boreham is a Solicitor in the Furley Page Dispute Resolution team

Ellie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London, obtaining a 2:1 in Law with honours. After graduating, Ellie worked in-house at a FTSE 250 company, where she was responsible for compliance and regulatory matters in a sensitive environment.

Ellie subsequently joined Furley Page as a Legal Assistant in October 2015. In 2017 Ellie completed her Legal Practice Course in London, obtaining a distinction, and started her training contract.

In September 2019, Ellie qualified as a Solicitor specialising in Dispute Resolution.

Ellie advises on complex and high value commercial disputes in both the County Court and High Court including dealing with claims in the Technology and Construction Court.

She has a particular focus on intellectual property law disputes, advising clients on brand protection and reputation management and assisting them in recovery of sizeable damages where there has been brand infringement.

In addition to this Ellie’s practice focuses on partnership and shareholder disputes, construction law and injunctions.

Outside of work Ellie is a Trustee of Catching Lives, an independent charity supporting the homeless and vulnerably housed in East Kent.
