Who challenges a Will

These days perhaps more people are willing to consider challenging the Will of a member of their family who has recently died or making a similar claim. Such challenges or claims usually centre around either the validity of the Will itself or around the belief by the Claimant that he or she has not received proper provision under the terms of the Will as it stands.

Disputes can also arise over the administration of the deceased person's Estate by his or her Executors, where one or more of the beneficiaries feel that the Executors are not doing a proper job.

Testimonials

'...We only wish we had seen you in the first instance some three years ago. After our first meeting with you we felt that at last someone was trying to help us, we could see a light at the end of the tunnel. We also feel that had we seen you three years ago the matter would have been resolved in half the time.'
