Elderly and Vulnerable Client Services

Furley Page recognises that elderly and vulnerable clients’ needs are specific and that the law relating to issues concerning elderly people and vulnerable people is both complicated and daunting.

The anxiety caused by the unknown is a common problem. Our specialist Elderly and Vulnerable Client team is very experienced and we will talk you through things step by step making certain that you fully understand the advice being given.

It is very important that you have enough time to make a considered decision about your matter and you do not feel pressured. We make sure you are completely happy with the choices you have made before we help implement your decisions.

  • We have wheelchair access all of our offices as well as ground floor meeting rooms.
  • For the deaf and hard of hearing we offer specialist tape services. We can arrange facilities for the use of sign language.
  • For those who are unable to hear or speak, we can arrange for an interpreter.
  • For those with eyesight problems we can provide literature in large print and have access to Braille.

Let us know of any special requirements when booking an appointment with a member of our specialist team.

We understand that it is not always easy for our clients to visit us at our offices and as such are happy to visit our clients in their own home, or in hospital or a hospice. We are also able to make emergency visits to the hospital or hospice if need be. Details of this service can be discussed at the time of making an appointment.
