Annual fixed fee employer service
We offer two annual fixed fee employment law support services to businesses and organisations, Employment Gold and Employment Platinum.
Our services are provided by a designated employment law specialist who will be easily accessible to provide advice at the time that suits you.
Employment Gold and Employment Platinum will provide cost-certainty for employers when dealing with employment issues and planning for the future.
Employment Gold
Employment Gold is a comprehensive service which will suit all organisations and cover all typical employment needs. Our service includes:
- Employment law advice from a designated Employment Law specialist by telephone, email and at meetings.
- Drafting of letters and documents relating to grievance, disciplinary and capability procedures.
- Employment Data Protection support, including advice on dealing with subject access requests.
- Year 1 audit of all existing precedent contracts and policies to bring your documentation up to date.
- Thereafter annual reviews of existing precedent contracts and policies.
- Insurance backed Employment Tribunal defence costs , commencing from ACAS Early Conciliation.
Employment Platinum
Employment Platinum includes all services in Employment Gold and allows you to choose additional ‘bolt-ons’ to tailor your support package. These include:
- Health and Safety audits, advice and support
- Insurance against breach of covenants in order to pursue a claim to protect your business
- An agreed number of half or full day training sessions on the following topics:
- Disciplinary and performance management
- Effective investigations – from grievances to disciplinaries
Preferential rates available
In addition all Employment Gold and Employment Platinum clients will receive preferential rates for the following services:
- Collective redundancies
- TUPE advice
- Tailored training sessions
- Advice on trade union strikes and industrial action
- Advice about employment status
- Directors service agreements and terminations
- Enforcing employment tribunal judgments
- Defending or pursuing appeals against employment tribunal judgments
