We offer an annual fixed fee employment law support services to businesses and organisations known as Employment Gold.
Our services is provided by a designated employment law specialist who will be easily accessible to provide advice at the time that suits you.
Employment Gold provides cost-certainty for employers when dealing with employment issues and planning for the future.
Employment Gold – What’s included
Employment Gold is a comprehensive service which will suit all organisations and cover all typical employment needs. Our service includes:
- Employment law advice from a designated Employment Law specialist by telephone, email and at meetings.
- Drafting of letters and documents relating to grievance, disciplinary and capability procedures.
- Employment Data Protection support, including advice on dealing with subject access requests.
- Year 1 audit of all existing precedent contracts and policies to bring your documentation up to date.
- Thereafter annual reviews of existing precedent contracts and policies.
- Insurance backed Employment Tribunal defence costs , commencing from ACAS Early Conciliation.
